Instructions to Apply for Owner Membership
1. If you currently own a Goldendoodle from a GANA breeder, you may apply for membership to GANA as an owner member.  If the parents of your dog are retired you will receive a Pet Registration Pedigree. (see below)  If the parents of your dog are currently in the database, you will receive a 4 generation GANA pedigree.  Both will have the raised GANA seal.	Application for Owner Membership to GANA
2.  Once you send in your application, please send a photo of your dog, parent names, breeder name, date of birth, microchip (if available), coat type, color, name (the name you want to appear on certificate) and sex to the registrar.	Registrar
3.  Make a one time payment of $15.00 for lifetime membership.  You will also be receiving newsletters once they are implimented.
4.  You will be listed on our member page as an owner member with your dog and be eligible to highlight your Goldendoodle on our "Goldendoodle Of The Week" page.  We would need 1 to 3 pictures of your dog plus a brief note about your beloved dog.  Email it to the registrar.  It will appear in the order as received and as members are enlisted. 5.  You will note that once you are accepted into the owner member program, you will have a password and membership number which you can use to access the database of goldendoodles that we have online.	Database
6. Any owner member whose dog has a notable achievement such as receiving its Canine Good Citizen Award or Therapy Dog certification will have a permanent page on the GANA website  honoring the achievement.  Please send the information to the registrar.	Registrar
