Detailed Instructions for Applying to GANA and Registering Dogs
1. Fill out Application to GANA	Application for Membership to the Goldendoodle Association of North America
2. Fill out Application of Kennel to GANA	Application of Kennel to the Goldendoodle Association of North America
3. Pay the one time initiation fee and first year membership fee One time initiation fee - $195 (U.S. currency)* + first year membership fee $ 100.00 = $295.00
4. Send to registrar: -A copy of the breeder's Sales Contract/Warranty -The breeder's website address. 5. You will be contacted by a board member of GANA of your approval and a GANA member number will be assigned.  You will be listed as a breeder member on our breeders list but will not have a ribbon assigned until you start registering your breeding stock.   You will also get a personalized GANA logo to display on your website.	Please refer to the rules regarding any specifics to meeting any requirements of enrollment.
6. Once you have a member number you can enter your dogs into the database with their information.  You can enter all of your breeding dogs at one time or a few at a time.  The decision is yours.  As long as the parents of any litters born are registered prior to whelping and registering, that is all that is needed.  Contact the registrar for detailed instructions on how to enter information.  You will then need to send all the health clearances and pedigree that accompany each dog to the registrar for verification and so she can input the extended pedigree into the database.  The dog will not be entered permanently until the registrar clears all paperwork.  After you enter your dogs for the day, please return here and pay for the number of dogs you registered. For your assistance, a spreadsheet is provided but not necessary.   Registration for 1-3 dogs that are not already registered with GANA. $15.00 each (U.S. currency). Registering Litters with GANA
1. Go into database with your member number and password and enter the information of sire and dam/number of puppies etc.  It is required that the puppies being identified with either tattoo or microchip.  If you chip at home and have the chip number, you can assign prior to chipping if you would like to enter the information into the database earlier than the actual chipping is done.  Please note that there is a place to note if the puppy is being sold under contract, desexed or entire.  Contact the registrar for instructions and assistance.	registrar
2.
